"I’m pretty picky on my food and most of our food was great. Burger was good hand made patty. Catfish is some of the best I’ve eaten. Beans and slaw were very good. Mac n cheese off the chain good. Only thing was the lemon pepper wings were highly seasoned so my daughter said next time she was asking for lightly seasoned. Overall, we’ll be back many more times."

"That was amazing!! Best fried okra I've ever had, the Mac and cheese was delicious! Don't even get me started on the meat! We had the brisket plate and the honey gold smoked wings. It was so much food we couldn't even finish it all. Just passing through from St. Louis area. Well worth the detour off 55. Owners were VERY kind! If we're ever in the area, we'll be back!"

"BBQ was wonderful, full of flavor, and definitely could taste the smoke in it. It didn't need sauce, and it was moist. All the sauses were good, made in-house from what they said. Macaroni and cheese could use less salt. Some may like that. Slaw was more on the sweet side, but some may like it that way as well. That's okay. This was our first time trying it out. We will know where to come when it comes to real BBQ. We could smell the BBQ cooking when we were coming from behind the grocery basket. We will recommend this place. What you see came out to be close to $55, which included 3 drinks as well."
